At Klick Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Klick Africa account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging along with the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
